The Digital Academy is seeking motivated individuals with a passion for data, technology, and problem-solving to join their Data Science Learnership program. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
South African citizen
Currently reside in Cape Town and the surrounding area
Must not be employed or on another Learnership/Internship
Person Living with a Disability (Medical Letter Confirming Disability)
Between 18 - 33 years of age
Minimum of a NQF5 Qualification or Higher in an IT-related field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Development, Systems Engineering)
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Numerical literacy and basic statistical understanding
Computer literacy (Excel, email, web navigation)
Demonstrated interest in data, technology, or programming
Self-motivated and eager to learn
Resilient, coachable, and open to feedback
Professional conduct and communication
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
