This 13-month accelerated graduate development programme offers permanent employment from day one. Key Responsibilities

• Accelerated Technical Training: Engage in structured curriculum-based learning and practical rotations across Data & AI or Software Engineering & AI tracks.

• Data Analysis & Modeling: Uncover data patterns, build predictive models, and design AI-ready data products that drive commercial value and strategic decision-making.

• Modern Software Engineering: Design, build, and deploy cloud-native software solutions, distributed systems, and modern API integrations.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with multidisciplinary squads across business units to tackle complex enterprise challenges and design customer-centric solutions.

• Must hold or be in the final year of completing a relevant Bachelor's degree (BCom, BSc, BTech, BEng) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, Mechanical).

• Must have no more than 12 months of post-university professional work experience (work-integrated learning is excluded).

• Foundational understanding of programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, SQL, Java, or .NET).

• Familiarity with data analysis, modeling, visualization, or modern software development principles.

• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and creative problem-solving abilities.

• High level of curiosity, adaptability, and eager mindset for continuous learning.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
