- Successfully complete an 8-week intensive training program to prepare for placement.
- Participate in and complete a comprehensive 12-month learnership program, which may lead to an NQF-accredited certificate.
- Undergo training and gain practical experience in a dynamic workspace, adapting to various customer service scenarios.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and professional customer service aligned to strict service level standards (SLA).
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email, ensuring clear and concise interactions.
- Resolve product or service problems by utilizing active listening skills to clarify customer queries and understand their needs.
- Assess service failures to identify root causes and take appropriate corrective action, preventing recurrence.
- Approach problems logically with good judgment to ensure optimal customer outcomes and satisfaction.
- Utilize a variety of software tools and internal systems to navigate customer issues to resolution efficiently.
- Liaise effectively between internal departments to solve complex customer queries, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Take full ownership of customer issues from initiation to resolution, ensuring their needs are met in accordance with SLA.

Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 completed
- Excellent command of the English language(written and verbal)
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must
- Strong customer service etiquette
- Computer-literate and tech-savvy
- Exceptional typing and computer navigation skills
