The Call Centre Agent is the first line of contact for iStore clients, requiring high energy and a passion for communication. This customer service-focused role ensures clients receive assistance with queries, product information, and technical support. Key Responsibilities
Provide support, assistance, and resolution in line with iStore's trading hours.
Achieve set targets and performance metrics.
Adhere strictly to contact centre processes and procedures.
Handle customer complaints, answer queries, and provide general support and information.
Be fully conversant with the Core Group's client care and client satisfaction policies and service level agreements.
Display a strong passion for client service, aiming to meet and exceed client expectations.
Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and co-workers, especially in challenging situations involving irate clients or conflict resolution.
Provide telephonic technical support, resolving technical issues and researching solutions as needed.
Assist customers with status queries regarding repairs in progress.
Log all incoming telephonic requests accurately.
Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions.
