Key Responsibilities
Assisting with Marketing Administration, ensuring smooth operational flow for various campaigns and initiatives.
Writing and Submitting Creative Briefs to internal and external design teams, ensuring all brand guidelines and campaign objectives are met.
Drafting and Submitting Competition Terms & Condition Briefs, ensuring legal compliance and clear communication for promotional activities.
Managing and Updating Calendars for marketing activities, campaigns, and team meetings, ensuring all deadlines are tracked efficiently.
Managing and Updating Campaign Presentations for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear insights into performance and strategy.
Coordinating Product Ordering & Merchandise Procurement for marketing events, photoshoots, and promotional giveaways.
Daily Management of Competition Administration, including winner selection, prize fulfilment, and customer communication.
Providing General Project Management Assistance across various brand portfolios, supporting the team in achieving strategic goals.

Requirements
N6 in Marketing / Brand Management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity in developing content, ideas, and marketing concepts.
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media channels, Google Analytics, email marketing tools).
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to analyse data and interpret consumer insights.
Good organisational, project management and time-management skills.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace tools.
Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and a well-structured thought process.
Ability to multi-task and to meet tight deadlines.
Very strong interpersonal skills and experience of marshalling cross-departmental resources towards daily goals and objectives.
Proficiency in Google Workspace.
Ability to project manage across brand portfolios.
