Key Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of smaller improvement projects from inception to completion, under the guidance of the Lead of Programme Effectiveness.

• Contribute analytical power to complex initiatives by conducting research, performing analysis, and drafting materials to support senior colleagues in leading multi-stakeholder change.

• Produce high-quality reports, briefings, and workshop materials that effectively shape critical decisions.

• Manage project timelines, document meeting outcomes, and assist in coordinating entity Champions and key stakeholders.

• Progressively take on more challenging assignments, following a defined career path towards the Consultant role.

• Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform strategic planning and programme effectiveness.

• Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring all milestones are met.

• Engage effectively with diverse stakeholders to gather insights and facilitate collaboration.

• Synthesize complex information into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations.

• Support the implementation of change management strategies within various programmes.
