Job Description
Motus Aftermarket Parts, a division of the leading Motus Group, is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join the Alert Engine Parts team at their Brackenfell branch. This vital role, often referred to as an IBT Clerk, is crucial for ensuring the accurate and efficient transfer, receipt, and control of stock between various branches. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting warehouse operations through meticulous inventory management, comprehensive reporting, and essential administrative duties. This position is ideal for an individual with strong organisational skills and a keen interest in the motor industry, dedicated to maintaining high stock accuracy and ensuring excellent customer service levels within a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Performance Indicators
- Assist with cycle counts and variances before count sheets are finalised.
- Responsible for IBT transfers to branches including Stock/Sales/Excesses.
- Receipt of branch IBT’s.
- Assist the warehouse staff-pickers, checkers with any stock related queries.
- Daily lost sales report.
- Responsible for Salesman local stock buyouts.
- Head Office requests (part number supersession/Excess requests).
- Filing and administration.

- Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
