Key Responsibilities

Requirements
A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
For Office Administrator: Three year’s relevant tertiary qualification in Office Administration/ Secretarial/ Office Management/ Administration/ Management Assistant.
For Provisioning Administrative Clerk: Grade 12 with passed commercial subjects (Business Management, Economics and Accounting) or equivalent certificate.
For Client Service Officer IES: Grade 12.
Knowledge of relevant Public Service Regulations, Acts, and Departmental Policies.
Computer Literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Planning, organizing, and time management skills.
