Key Responsibilities

- Monitor product expiry dates and rotate stock to minimise waste and ensure freshness.
- Handle and package bakery items carefully, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Operate basic bakery equipment (e.g., slicers, packaging machines) safely and efficiently, if required.
- Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries, ensuring accurate stock counts and proper storage.
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or stock discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
