Key Responsibilities

• Monitor product expiry dates and rotate stock to minimise waste and ensure freshness.
• Handle and package bakery items carefully, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Operate basic bakery equipment (e.g., slicers, packaging machines) safely and efficiently, if required.
• Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries, ensuring accurate stock counts and proper storage.
