Key Responsibilities

• Stack and store products in a safe and tidy manner, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Merchandise products according to laid down standards, ensuring visual appeal and accessibility for customers.
• Regularly check product quality, rotate stock to ensure freshness, and promptly remove expired or damaged items.
• Actively work to prevent wastage, shrinkage, and damages to products and equipment.
• Adhere to and maintain strict security procedures to safeguard company assets and inventory.
• Operate and clean equipment, such as pallet jacks or trolleys, according to laid down standards and safety regulations.
• Respond to customers' queries in a courteous and helpful manner, providing excellent service when interacting on the sales floor.
• Efficiently offload trucks, ensuring accurate receipt of goods and proper handling of deliveries.
