Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration and support of Microsoft 365 services, including identity management, user access control, provisioning, deprovisioning, password resets, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Support the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of Azure virtual machines and other cloud resources, ensuring compliance with governance policies.
• Participate in the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, Exchange Server 2016, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Perform daily server health checks, monitor CPU, memory, storage, and system performance, and review event logs and system alerts.
• Assist with server patching, updates, and support disaster recovery activities to ensure business continuity.
• Support the management and monitoring of Microsoft Hyper-V Hosts, Windows VMs, and Linux VMs, including provisioning, decommissioning, resource allocation, and health tracking.
• Assist with snapshot and backup management, and support disaster recovery testing for virtualized environments.
• Support the administration and maintenance of the Aruba Network Environment, including Aruba Switches and Wireless Access Points.
• Execute proactive network monitoring, perform switch/AP health checks, and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
• Assist with VLAN and network configuration changes, support wireless network performance optimization, and maintain accurate network documentation.
• Support the management and monitoring of Azure Backup Services and On-Premises Backup Solutions, including monitoring backup jobs, verifying completion status, and investigating failures.
• Assist with restore testing, maintain backup reports, and support business continuity and disaster recovery procedures.
• Support and maintain HP Printers, Secure Printing Servers, and Print Management Systems, including deployment and troubleshooting.
