Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience Management: Deliver a seamless, professional, and customer-centric experience across multiple client touchpoints, ensuring first-contact resolution and high customer satisfaction.
Cross-Skilling and Multi-Channel Support: Provide comprehensive assistance across diverse financial products, services, and communication channels, including digital platforms, telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Sales and Service Opportunities: Accurately identify client requirements and proactively recommend relevant products, services, and solutions that deliver genuine value.
Case and Query Management: Manage customer queries and service cases end-to-end, maintaining accurate tracking, timely follow-ups, and adherence to service level agreements.

Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric certificate (essential)
Completed tertiary qualification (Bachelor's Degree)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
