Key Responsibilities
Handle the full breakdown process in required languages according to departmental procedures.
Proactively follow up on open cases using monitor info Standards and take over cases at the beginning of a shift.
Secure financial arrangements related to breakdowns, including warranty, soft products, and financial routines, and address customer and dealer queries.
Escalate cases according to the established escalation process.
Utilize acquired technical understanding to communicate effectively and clearly with all parties involved.
Actively participate in continuous improvement activities within the department.
Develop and maintain proactive working relationships with employees and customers across all Volvo Group companies.
Participate actively in departmental team meetings, including daily, monthly, and info sessions.
Understand and be responsible for the operational strategies, objectives, and KPIs for the VAS breakdown operation.

Requirements
Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
Currently studying towards or holding a tertiary qualification.
Experience or aptitude in Customer and Personal Service.
Clerical skills.
Call centre experience will be advantageous.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to uphold Volvo’s corporate values.
Proven problem-solving abilities.
Strong team player with the ability to communicate across all business levels.
Computer literate, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good command of the English language.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Service orientation.
