Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service and product information.
• Assist customers with their purchasing decisions, offering advice and recommendations on Sportscene's range of apparel, footwear, and accessories.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and replenished.
• Assist with stock management, including receiving, unpacking, and organizing new deliveries.
• Contribute to achieving daily and weekly sales targets, working collaboratively with the store team.
• Stay informed about current promotions, product features, and brand stories to effectively communicate with customers.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
