Key Responsibilities
Assist with the advertising of vacancies on internal and external platforms.
Schedule interviews and communicate effectively with candidates.
Compile interview packs and generate comprehensive recruitment reports.
Conduct reference checks as and when required.
Assist with maintaining accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Monitor recruitment inboxes and provide timely responses to candidate queries.
Prepare onboarding documentation for new employees.
Support employee induction and orientation processes.
Ensure employee records are complete, accurate, and consistently maintained.
Capture and update employee information on HR systems efficiently.
File and archive employee documentation in strict accordance with company standards.
Assist with the preparation of monthly HR reports and insightful dashboards.
Support Employment Equity (EE) reporting and contribute to workforce planning initiatives.
Maintain accurate organizational structures and employee data records.
Assist in compiling statistics related to recruitment, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within all HR systems.
Coordinate training bookings and maintain accurate training attendance records.
Assist in tracking training interventions and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
Prepare learning and development reports as per requirements.
Support trainees, graduates, and internship programmes.
Assist with the preparation of disciplinary, grievance, and consultation documentation.
Attend employee relations meetings for learning and administrative support.
Ensure the utmost confidentiality of employee information and sensitive documentation.
Provide essential administrative assistance to People Partners and People Delivery Specialists.
Assist with calendar management, meeting coordination, and minute-taking.
Support special HR projects and strategic initiatives.
Assist with policy communication and employee engagement activities.
Maintain professional and constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, or a related qualification.
Not previously participated in a SETA accredited Internship.
No prior work experience required; previous vacation work or HR administration exposure will be advantageous.
