Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.

• Match Purchase Orders (POs), Goods Received Notes (GRNs), and invoices with meticulous attention to detail.

• Manage queries and inboxes to ensure timely resolution and prevent backlogs.

• Reconcile supplier and customer accounts, identifying and correcting errors.

• Assist with weekly payment runs and month-end closing preparations.

• Identify gaps in current processes and propose improvements for greater efficiency.

• Provide administrative support to the Finance team as needed.

• Support ad hoc finance projects and reporting initiatives.

• Contribute to the innovation of financial workflows, focusing on digital solutions over manual processes.

• Matric (Grade 12)

• Studying towards or completed a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, Commerce, or a related field.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
