NACOSA (Networking HIV, AIDS Community of Southern Africa) is inviting applications from ambitious, dynamic, and recently qualified graduates for the Internship Programme 2026 / 2027. Key Responsibilities
Finance Internship: Assist with routine financial accounting, capturing invoices, reconciling bank statements, preparing audit files, and maintaining compliance documentation for non-profit funding grants.
Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Internship: Support data collection, entry, cleaning, and analysis for community health initiatives, tracking performance indicators, and assisting in the generation of detailed evaluation reports.
Communications Internship: Assist in drafting public relations materials, creating digital and social media content, compiling internal newsletters, and supporting community outreach and advocacy campaigns.
Human Resources (HR) Internship: Assist with talent acquisition coordination, onboarding processes, maintaining personnel files, managing leave administration, and supporting staff wellness programmes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate actively in team meetings, professional development workshops, and community partner engagements to drive project deliverables.

Requirements
Finance: Enrolled in or completed a relevant National Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related field.
Monitoring & Evaluation: Enrolled in or completed a Diploma or Degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, Statistics, or related discipline.
Communications: Enrolled in or completed a National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
Human Resources: National Senior Certificate (Grade 12 / Matric) plus a relevant N6 Certificate / Diploma from an accredited TVET College.
South African citizenship with a valid ID document.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
