Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of sustainability assurance engagements, including comprehensive data collection, validation, and analysis from various client sources.
- Support the meticulous review of clients' sustainability reports and disclosures against recognised international frameworks such as GRI (Global Reporting Initiative), SASB (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board), and TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures).
- Contribute to the identification and assessment of material ESG risks and opportunities for clients across diverse sectors, providing insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare detailed working papers and robust documentation to support assurance opinions, findings, and recommendations, ensuring audit readiness and compliance.
- Collaborate effectively with senior consultants and managers to deliver high-quality, impactful client deliverables within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, evolving regulations, and best practices in sustainability, climate change, and broader ESG domains through continuous research and professional development.
- Participate actively in client meetings and workshops, contributing to discussions, presenting preliminary findings, and fostering strong client relationships.
- Develop a strong understanding and practical application of Deloitte's proprietary methodologies, tools, and quality standards for sustainability assurance services.
- Support internal knowledge sharing initiatives and contribute to the development of thought leadership in the sustainability space.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest or foundational knowledge in sustainability, ESG, or corporate social responsibility.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
