Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the comprehensive management of accounts receivable, which includes accurate invoicing, diligent collections, and precise reconciliations.
• Preparing and processing various journal entries, ensuring strict adherence to established accounting standards and internal policies.
• Conducting regular and thorough reconciliations of bank statements and other critical financial accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Supporting the timely preparation of detailed financial reports and statements for both internal management and external stakeholders.
• Assisting with the efficient execution of month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Maintaining accurate, organised, and up-to-date financial records and supporting documentation for audit readiness.
• Collaborating effectively with other departments to investigate and resolve financial discrepancies and respond to queries promptly.
• Ensuring strict adherence to all relevant financial policies, internal procedures, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Contributing proactively to the continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing financial processes and systems.
