Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the provision of legal advisory services and support to departmental units.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of ICT strategies and support functions.

• Support the Supply Chain Management unit in procurement processes, logistics, and financial administration.

• Assist in strategic planning, monitoring, and evaluation activities across various departments.

• Participate in risk assessment, integrity management, and internal control processes.

• Support the development and implementation of transport planning and policy initiatives.

• Assist in the management and oversight of public transport services and infrastructure.

• Contribute to crime prevention initiatives and community safety programs.

• Support the monitoring and oversight functions within the department.

• Assist in financial management, budgeting, and expenditure control.

• Support human resource management functions, including recruitment and employee relations.

• Contribute to communication and public relations efforts of the department.

• Assist in the management and operations of transport terminals.
