Key Responsibilities

Accurately and efficiently process point of sale (POS) transactions, scan merchandise, and collect customer payments.

Proactively promote and enroll customers into the Clicks ClubCard loyalty programme to meet regional targets.
Educate shoppers on in-store promotions, special offers, and new product lines to enhance their shopping experience and drive store sales.
Deliver friendly, professional, and prompt customer assistance across all store touchpoints.
Execute merchandising routines, replenish shelves, and maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
Maintain comprehensive up-to-date knowledge of products, ranges, and promotional campaigns.
Support general stock management, inventory counts, and shrinkage prevention protocols.
