This program is designed to provide graduates with little to no prior work experience the invaluable chance to gain practical, hands-on exposure within a dynamic tech environment. The internship is structured to run for a period not exceeding 18 months, offering a comprehensive learning experience. Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old to be considered for these developmental roles. Key Responsibilities

• Gain practical experience in various fields including Network Support, Business Development, Management Support, Risk Management, Internal Audit, IT, Company Secretary, Supply Chain Management, Finance/Administration Management, and Human Resource Management.

• Participate in troubleshooting and monitoring of network issues, utilizing internal tools for event management.

• Conduct market research, analyze data, and develop client insights for business development initiatives.

• Assist in coordinating marketing and communication aspects, stakeholder engagements, and social media management.

• Identify and evaluate potential risks, update risk treatment plans, and collaborate with teams to ensure compliance.

• Support internal audit processes, identify control weaknesses, and draft audit findings.

• Provide first-level technical support, manage IT inventory, and assist with system updates and IT projects.

• Ensure high standards of corporate governance, prepare board meeting documentation, and monitor compliance.

• Assist in procurement processes, manage supplier performance, and maintain contract registers.

• Manage accounts receivable and payable, process invoices, reconcile financial transactions, and prepare financial reports.

• Support recruitment processes, maintain employee records, assist with onboarding, and prepare HR reports.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and contribute to team objectives.
