Key Responsibilities
Sales and Admissions Advisory: Guide prospective students through academic pathways, explain admission criteria, qualification structures, and facilitate smooth registration processes to achieve enrollment objectives.
Comprehensive Student Support: Provide empathetic, accurate, and professional assistance to registered students regarding academic procedures, institutional policies, and query resolution.
Student Accounts and Collections: Conduct sensitive and professional discussions regarding tuition fee balances, negotiate feasible payment arrangements, and balance customer empathy with institutional accountability.
Operational and Record Management: Accurately document student interactions, update case notes on digital CRM platforms, and adhere to strict quality and service standards.
Continuous Learning and Development: Actively engage in structured rotations across Sales, Support, and Collections, participate in assessments, and apply continuous feedback to gain professional autonomy.
