Requirements
A fully completed Degree or BTech in one of the following fields: Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Safety Management, Logistics, Human Resources, Environmental Management, Communication, Learning and Development, Quality Management, Industrial Relations, Risk Management, Occupational Hygiene, Computer Science, Business Management, Public Administration, Criminology, Law, Project Management, Hospitality, Natural Science, Security, Physiology, Office Management, Quantity Surveying, Materials Management, Integrated Business Improvement, Commercial, Supply Chain, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Sciences, Training & Development, Education, Accounting.
Must be unemployed.
Must be a South African citizen.
Must be between the ages of 18 and 35 (general guideline for graduate programmes).
Must not have participated in a similar graduate programme before.
Strong academic record.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
