Key Responsibilities

• Accurately assemble desktop computers, mini-PCs, and custom upgrade kits strictly aligned with PCBuilder quality standards.

• Perform meticulous cable management and integrate advanced hardware components, including AIO water cooling systems inside high-performance gaming desktops.

• Conduct thorough hardware diagnostics, testing procedures, and operating system installations to guarantee optimal build functionality.

• Identify, document, and report hardware incompatibilities, defective components, and build faults directly to the Assembly Manager.

• Maintain high production efficiency to ensure all customer systems are assembled, benchmarked, and finalized within strict turnaround schedules.

• Ensure a clean, organized, and static-safe workshop environment to protect sensitive technical equipment.

• Grade 12 or equivalent National Senior Certificate.

• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent IT hardware qualification.

• Solid knowledge of modern IT products, PC hardware components, and gaming hardware.

• Practical familiarity with operating systems including Windows, Linux, and Android.

• Demonstrated ability in clean cable management and meticulous hardware installation.

• Strong problem-solving, fault-finding, and diagnostic skills.
