Key Responsibilities
Trainees accepted into the SAB DynamX Programme will rotate through critical business units every six months and actively contribute to core operations:
Cross-Functional Rotations: Engage in 6-month rotational cycles across key divisions including Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, People/HR, Logistics, Engineering, and Technology.
Strategic Problem Solving: Apply analytical thinking and innovation to deliver impactful projects, solve high-priority business challenges, and unlock new commercial opportunities.
Owner Mindset Execution: Take end-to-end accountability for performance outcomes, driving operational efficiency and brand growth aligned with AB InBev objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Connect and collaborate with cross-functional teams, global counterparts, and executive mentors to lead diverse business initiatives.
Continuous Performance Review: Participate in rigorous structured assessments and milestone evaluations to ensure ongoing personal development and career progression throughout the 24-month duration.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in Finance, Human Resources / Psychology, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
Completed degree obtained from a recognized South African tertiary institution within the standard requisite timeframe.
No more than 2 years of total full-time formal work experience by the programme start date (internships, vacation work, and short contracts are excluded).
South African citizenship with valid legal work authorization.
Geographical mobility and willingness to travel within South Africa.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Microsoft Excel) and strong capacity to adapt quickly to corporate digital systems.
Proven problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal communication, and resilience in high-demand environments.
