The Department of Land Reform and Rural Development (DLRRD) is offering exciting entry-level opportunities for unemployed youth to join their team as Clerks. Key Responsibilities
Assist with Human Resource administrative functions, including processing appointments, transfers, and verification of qualifications.
Manage and maintain employee records, including leave, housing, medical, and pension information.
Support the Performance Management process and handle the termination of service procedures.
Respond to human resource administration enquiries from internal and external clients.
Provide registry counter services and attend to clients.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including receiving, sorting, registering, and dispatching mail.
Maintain an effective filing and record management system, including opening, closing, filing, and retrieving documents and files.
Operate office machines and process documents for archiving and disposal.
Perform electronic scanning of files and compile lists of documents for archiving.
Ensure adherence to legislative frameworks governing the Public Service and internal procedures.

Requirements
Grade 12/ Senior Certificate.

Knowledge of registry duties, practices, and data capture.

Computer literacy.
