Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support services to various departments and directorates.
Assist with Supply Chain Management functions, including procurement and record-keeping.
Manage and maintain financial transactions and petty cash adherence.
Support Human Resource Management activities, including recruitment and personnel administration.
Ensure efficient records management and document control.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications.
Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Provide support services for meetings and events as required.
Adhere to Batho Pele principles and departmental policies and procedures.
