Key Responsibilities
Provide dedicated administrative, operational, and clerical support within the assigned division or department.
Assist in maintaining accurate digital databases, updating records, document filling, and information management systems.
Draft, format, and organize professional communications, reports, spreadsheets, and routine presentations.
Collaborate closely with internal team members, senior administrators, and external stakeholders to support ongoing healthcare operations.
Participate actively in all required YES4Youth developmental milestones, workshops, and structured mentorship programs.
Ensure full adherence to corporate governance, organizational compliance protocols, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements
Must be a Black South African citizen (African, Coloured, or Indian) as defined by the B-BBEE Act.
Aged between 18 and 29 years old at the time of application.
Must be currently unemployed.
Must NOT have previously participated in a YES Programme with another company or organisation.
Educational background matching the chosen role: Grade 12 certificate for Assistant positions, or a recognized Higher Certificate, Diploma, or Degree for Administrator streams.
Basic computer literacy with working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative abilities.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a proven willingness to learn.
