- Monitor and track the status of outstanding warranty claims diligently, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Assist with internal and external warranty audits, ensuring full compliance with all quality requirements.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support related to warranty parts returns, ensuring accurate processing and documentation.
