Consilio is currently seeking ambitious, high-performing graduates to join the prestigious EDGE Graduate Programme as a Data Operations Associate based on-site at their modern Cape Town offices on Harrington Street. Key Responsibilities
Follow detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) corresponding to assigned eDiscovery project workstreams.
Operate specialized ESI (Electronically Stored Information) discovery data processing platforms to extract text and metadata from electronic documents.
Perform document conversions to image files, including TIF and PDF formats, adhering to strict client specifications.
Load processed data efficiently into secure hosting platforms for legal review and project management teams.
Assist project managers with complex document searching, indexing, and tagging within hosted databases.
Execute meticulous quality control (QC) checks on all data work products to maintain top-tier accuracy and standard compliance.
Manage end-of-shift task handoffs smoothly and clearly according to established team protocols.
Participate actively in policy review sessions, workflow improvement discussions, and team knowledge-sharing workshops.
Maintain readiness for core working hours scheduled from Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Requirements
A Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification focusing on Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.

Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and foundational knowledge of data analysis or introductory SQL concepts.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
Proven capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Must be based in Cape Town and available to work on-site during designated shift hours (3:00 PM β 12:00 AM).
