Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pack shelves and bins in accordance with established company standards.

• Engage with customers on the floor, listen to their requests, provide necessary products or services, and offer expert advice on available offerings.

• Handle customer interactions with courtesy and professionalism at all times.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, housekeeping, and overall cleanliness within the warehouse and customer-facing areas.

• Unpack, stack, and store incoming stock in the warehouse in a safe, organized, and efficient manner, minimizing damages and adhering to the correct layout.

• Assist with inventory management and stocktaking as required.

• Support the team in achieving daily operational goals and targets.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
