The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in various facets of training administration and coordination, developing a deep understanding of learning and development processes, learner records management, and effective reporting techniques. Key Responsibilities
Assist with the scheduling of training sessions, workshops, inductions, and internal meetings.
Prepare essential training documentation, including registers, attendance sheets, training materials, certificates, and feedback forms.
Accurately capture and update training data, learner records, attendance registers, and completion records in the relevant systems.
Support effective communication with employees, learners, facilitators, external service providers, and other key stakeholders.
Assist with logistical arrangements such as booking venues, arranging refreshments, preparing training rooms, and supporting virtual training session setups.
Maintain organised training files and documentation to ensure compliance and facilitate efficient audit and reporting processes.
Assist in compiling comprehensive training reports, statistics, and performing general administrative duties for the department.
Respond professionally to training-related queries and provide dedicated administrative support to the Training / Learning and Development team.

Requirements
Completed or currently studying towards an N6, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Administration, Training, or Learning and Development.
Must require workplace experience or be actively seeking internship opportunities.
Must be currently unemployed.
Proficient computer literacy, with a strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Must be organised, reliable, and possess a strong eagerness to learn.
