Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process for vacancies across Contact Centre, Showroom, and Head Office.

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates using various recruitment platforms and channels.

• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

• Provide essential recruitment administration, including updating candidate records and recruitment systems.

• Help prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics to inform decision-making.

• Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to enhance the homechoice employer brand.

• Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through professional and timely interactions.

• Assist with specific recruitment projects and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.

• Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to meet business hiring needs.
