Talent Acquisition Graduate Internship at Plennegy

Plennegy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Talent Acquisition Graduate Intern. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle within a dynamic organisation. The intern will play a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring efficient and effective talent acquisition processes. This role requires a proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to maintaining a positive candidate experience. The successful candidate will contribute to building talent pipelines and supporting Plennegy's hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Accurately and timeously post job advertisements across various platforms.
• Conduct initial screening of CVs and perform telephone or video screening interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, Talent Acquisition Specialists, and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (Direct Hire) and recruitment tracker (JIRA).
• Handle telephonic and in-person inquiries regarding available positions and applications.
• Review background screenings for prospective employees and report any concerns to management.
• Shortlist potential candidates based on role requirements and present them to the Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain comprehensive records of recruitment materials, including interview notes and related paperwork.
• Apply attention to detail and professionalism in all internal and external communications.
• Conduct interviews in a professional and respectful manner.
• Treat all applicants with respect and dignity.
• Personally inform internal candidates when they are not selected for a position.
• Represent Plennegy Group positively in all communication and interviews.
