Job Description: Sun International is inviting unemployed youth to apply for the 2026 Food & Beverage Services Learnership. This 12-month programme is designed to bridge the gap between school and the workplace. You will gain theoretical knowledge and practical experience in a 5-star hotel environment (The Maslow), eventually earning a National Certificate in Food & Beverage Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend theoretical training sessions to complete the National Certificate.

• Perform practical duties in the Food & Beverage department (Lacuna Bistro / Banqueting).

• Assist with setting up tables, serving guests, and maintaining hygiene standards.

• deliver excellent customer service to hotel guests.

• Gain exposure to hotel operations and professional workplace etiquette.

• Education: Must have a valid Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate.

• Age: Must be between 18 and 35 years old (Youth).

• Status: Must be currently unemployed.

• Language: Proficiency in English (Written and Verbal).

• Attributes: Well-presented, articulate, and passionate about hospitality.

• Availability: Must be willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Citizenship: South African Citizens only.
