Key Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods with precision, providing correct change and completing transactions securely.
• Actively assist customers with product inquiries, help them locate specific items, and offer recommendations, consistently providing excellent service to enhance their shopping journey.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including effective merchandising of products and timely replenishment of stock to ensure availability.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management processes, including receiving and unpacking deliveries, and contribute to stock rotation.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, including those related to security protocols, health and safety standards, and operational guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively and proactively with team members to achieve daily sales targets, maintain store standards, and contribute to overall operational goals.
• Resolve minor customer complaints or escalate more complex issues to management when necessary, always striving for optimal customer satisfaction.
• Participate in essential store opening and closing procedures as required, ensuring the store is ready for business or secured at the end of the day.
