Key Responsibilities

• Pack shelves and bins according to established standards, ensuring products are neatly displayed, correctly priced, and easily accessible for customers.
• Listen attentively to customer requests, provide the required products or services, and offer informed advice on products in a courteous and businesslike manner when on the sales floor.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene, housekeeping, and cleanliness standards within the warehouse and on the sales floor, adhering to all food safety and general store cleanliness protocols.
• Unpack, stack, and store incoming stock in the warehouse efficiently and safely, minimizing damages and adhering strictly to the correct layout and storage procedures.
• Actively participate in stock rotation to ensure product freshness, reduce waste, and manage inventory effectively, including checking expiry dates.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals, assist with stock takes, and maintain a positive and productive working environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and customers.
• Assist with general store duties as required, contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.
