SBV Services, one of South Africa's most trusted and respected cash management and logistics companies, is offering YES4Youth Cash Processor work experience opportunities at six locations across the country — as part of the national Youth Employment Service (YES4Youth) initiative.
The YES4Youth programme is a government-backed national initiative that connects unemployed South African youth with structured, 12-month paid work experience placements at leading companies. SBV's participation in this programme gives young candidates real, hands-on operational exposure to professional cash processing in a high-security, compliance-driven banking and financial services environment — working with major South African banks, retailers, and businesses daily.
As a Cash Processor, you will be trained and responsible for the efficient, accurate, and compliant end-to-end processing of physical cash — including receiving deposits, note sorting, coin processing, reconciliation, and bank system integration validation. This role is ideal for Grade 12 graduates who are eager to gain their first formal work experience and build a career pathway into banking operations, financial administration, or treasury services.
Open to South African youth aged 18–35. No prior work experience required.
