The RMB FirstJob Learnership Programme 2026 is designed for unemployed graduates seeking to gain practical workplace experience in a leading financial institution. Requirements
To qualify for the RMB FirstJob Learnership, applicants must:
Hold a diploma or degree in fields such as:
Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Law, Information Security, Computer Science, or Human ResourcesBe between 18 and 34 years old
Be a South African citizen
Be unemployed for at least 6 months
Have no prior permanent work experience
Not have participated in a previous learnership programme
Not be currently studying
Have strong communication and analytical skills
