The RMB FirstJob Learnership Programme 2026 is designed for unemployed graduates seeking to gain practical workplace experience in a leading financial institution. This structured 12-month programme provides hands-on exposure to real business operations, professional mentorship, and skills development within a dynamic banking environment.

Successful candidates will work across different business functions, contributing to projects while building critical workplace competencies.

Key responsibilities include:

To qualify for the RMB FirstJob Learnership, applicants must:

• Hold a diploma or degree in fields such as:
  Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Law, Information Security, Computer Science, or Human Resources

• Be between 18 and 34 years old

• Be a South African citizen

• Be unemployed for at least 6 months

• Have no prior permanent work experience

• Not have participated in a previous learnership programme

• Not be currently studying

• Have strong communication and analytical skills

• Be motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
