Workplace experiences

• Attend and participate in all workplace experiences against agreed development objectives. This includes rotations through different risk departments such as credit risk, operational risk, market risk, and compliance, providing a holistic view of the bank's risk framework.
• Engage in real-world projects, applying theoretical knowledge to practical challenges and contributing to risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with experienced risk professionals, learning best practices and industry standards.

Learning

• Attend and participate in all training and development interventions against agreed development objectives. This encompasses formal training programs, workshops, and seminars focused on risk methodologies, regulatory requirements, and financial products.
• Undertake self-study and continuous professional development to stay abreast of evolving risk trends and industry innovations.

Ad Hoc duties
