Key Responsibilities
- Support the buying division in all administrative functions linked to buying and order processing.
- Assist the Buyer with all buying processes and checks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor customer reviews, links, and newsletters to gather insights and identify trends.
- Manage customer queries effectively, escalating complex issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Oversee day-to-day tasks including managing stock levels, processing customer orders, handling stock classification, and addressing catalogue-related queries.
- Engage directly with stakeholders, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Be proactive in identifying and resolving issues, adopting a hands-on approach to ensure smooth operations and effective problem-solving.
- Coordinate and liaise with suppliers regarding stock availability and orders, maintaining strong professional relationships.
