The intern will be instrumental in managing correspondence, administrative tasks, and ad-hoc duties related to Contracting, Remuneration, Funds, Schemes, Commissions, and Replacements. Key Responsibilities

• Handling of general and ad-hoc requests from the team and intermediaries.

• Receiving and forwarding of Replacements forms to advisors and brokers.

• Assisting with the distribution of work received by hand.

• Performing filing and scanning duties.

• Conducting data verification and entry of transactions.

• Assisting with journal reconciliations.

• Ensuring tasks are managed within the required Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Handling requests and enquiries originating from clients or systems via telephonic and written communication.

• Processing transactions in line with policy, business rules, and relevant legislation.

• Processing transactions that may have a financial impact.

• Liaising directly with SanlamConnect staff, external partners, and institutions.
