Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods against purchase orders and invoices.
- Verify the quantity, quality, and condition of all deliveries.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately.
- Organize and store received items in designated locations within the warehouse or store.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently (if certified).
- Ensure the receiving area is kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Liaise with suppliers, drivers, and internal departments regarding deliveries.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
