- Ensure that business needs are consistently met by engaging and assisting various business units through direct face-to-face interaction and active attendance at relevant forums and committees, fostering strong internal relationships.
- Assist the business in addressing complex queries by expertly extracting, cleaning, and analysing large datasets, providing data-driven insights to support informed decision-making.

- Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and external regulations through diligent data analysis and continuous monitoring of relevant activities and metrics.
