As a Purchasing Intern at Hilton, you will be embedded directly within the hotel's Procurement and Supply Chain team, gaining hands-on, practical exposure to how one of the world's most iconic hospitality brands manages its purchasing operations, supplier relationships, and inventory systems at a world-class hotel level.

Key Responsibilities
Create and process purchase orders accurately in line with Hilton's procurement policies and standards
Communicate directly with suppliers on pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
Maintain up-to-date procurement records, supplier databases, and inventory documentation
Assist with supplier coordination and follow-up on outstanding orders
Support the purchasing team with day-to-day administrative tasks and procurement workflows
Assist in monitoring stock levels and flagging replenishment requirements
Ensure all procurement activities comply with Hilton's internal standards and cost management targets
Generate purchasing reports and assist with cost analysis as required
Support the broader finance and operations team with purchasing-related queries
Requirements
Currently studying towards or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Basic understanding of procurement, supply chain, or inventory management principles
Computer literate β proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Organised, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Collaborative team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude
Genuine interest in hospitality, procurement, or supply chain as a career
