Key Responsibilities

• Preparing speaking invitation letters for team distribution, ensuring accuracy and professional tone.
• Collecting photos and bios from confirmed speakers as they join, maintaining a comprehensive database.
• Liaising effectively with marketing, IT, and content teams to upload speaker information to the website, create engaging speaker cards, and develop compelling content pieces as needed.
• Assembling the speaker/chairperson manual and logistics briefing document, ensuring all details are accurate and accessible.
• Amending agendas with any changes across Word documents, website, and app, maintaining consistency.
• Coordinating the introduction of panellists and moderators during events, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Inputting contacts into Hubspot and creating deals/speaker confirmations, maintaining CRM integrity.
• Conducting research on industry trends, potential speakers, and relevant topics to enhance event programming.
• Assisting with event logistics and on-site support as required, ensuring successful execution.
• Collaborating with the team to brainstorm new ideas for event content and speaker engagement strategies.
