Job Description
Standard Bank is seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join their esteemed People & Culture team as Interns. This 18-month programme is designed to nurture talent and provide comprehensive, hands-on experience within the Human Resources and Social Sciences fields. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the execution of HR initiatives and projects.
Support the People & Culture team with daily operational tasks.
Gain exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, talent management, and learning and development.
Participate in structured work exposure and learning-on-the-job activities.
Engage in self-learning and technical training relevant to the HR field.
Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across different departments and levels.
Contribute to ensuring that Standard Bank adds value in the present and capitalizes on the future world of work.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Assist in data collection and analysis for HR reporting.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions and problem-solving.

Requirements
Must have a qualification in Organisational Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, or a Post graduate diploma in Business Administration with an undergraduate degree in any of the above.
Must be a South African Citizen.
Must be between the ages of 18 and 30.
Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
Must have successfully completed a tertiary qualification relating to Human Resources or Social Sciences.
Must not be permanently employed.
Must not be studying at any other institution.
Must not be registered on any other learnership/internship.
