Motus Mahindra George is actively seeking a highly organised and meticulous Parts Administrator to play a crucial role in the efficient operation of its Parts Department. Key Responsibilities
- Process parts orders, transfers, returns, and related documentation accurately and timeously.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all parts transactions are correctly captured.
- Assist customers with enquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and order status.
- Coordinate with the Parts Department, Workshop, and suppliers to ensure efficient processing and delivery of parts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports relating to parts sales, stock levels, and order fulfilment.
- Monitor and update inventory records to ensure stock accuracy.
- Perform data capturing, filing, and record-keeping functions.
- Assist with stock control administration and inventory reconciliation processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and dealership standards.
- Support the Parts Manager and department with general administrative functions.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency.

Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric).
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the motor industry, retail or inventory environment.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Office Administration or a related field (Advantageous).
Experience within a Parts Department or automotive dealership environment (Advantageous).
Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories (Advantageous).
Experience using inventory management or dealership management systems (Advantageous).
Understanding of basic accounting principles (Advantageous).
Bilingual proficiency in English and Afrikaans (Advantageous).
