What You Will Be Doing

• Supporting logistics coordination, including dispatch, delivery tracking and collections.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records of medical equipment and supplies.
• Updating the asset register and CRM systems to reflect current status and allocation.
• Tracking asset allocation, movement and status across the asset lifecycle, from procurement to recovery.
• Assisting in monitoring operational compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Ensuring required documentation is complete and accurately filed for all operational activities.
• Supporting investigations and resolution of operational discrepancies or incidents, identifying root causes.
• Assisting with tracking and follow-up of outstanding asset recoveries to minimise losses.
• Reconciling operational data across trackers, logistics reports and internal systems to ensure consistency.
• Preparing and maintaining comprehensive operational reports and trackers for management review.
• Liaising with internal teams and external partners to support operational activities and ensure seamless coordination.
• Ensuring adherence to operational processes, controls and standard procedures to maintain high standards.
