What You Will Be Doing
- Supporting logistics coordination, including dispatch, delivery tracking and collections.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records of medical equipment and supplies.
- Updating the asset register and CRM systems to reflect current status and allocation.
- Tracking asset allocation, movement and status across the asset lifecycle, from procurement to recovery.
- Assisting in monitoring operational compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Ensuring required documentation is complete and accurately filed for all operational activities.
- Supporting investigations and resolution of operational discrepancies or incidents, identifying root causes.
- Assisting with tracking and follow-up of outstanding asset recoveries to minimise losses.
- Reconciling operational data across trackers, logistics reports and internal systems to ensure consistency.
- Preparing and maintaining comprehensive operational reports and trackers for management review.
- Liaising with internal teams and external partners to support operational activities and ensure seamless coordination.
- Ensuring adherence to operational processes, controls and standard procedures to maintain high standards.

Requirements
- N6 Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in operations, administration, logistics or coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- General computer literacy.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a structured and process-driven environment.
